Self Defense for Girls

Are you a girl between the ages of 11 and 18? Have you ever wanted to learn how to protect yourself? Well, here's your chance! This free workshop will teach you simple techniques to help you defend yourself in sticky situations. Participants will learn how to hurt an attacker enough to be able to run away and get help. This workshop will be taught by women with 2nd degree Black Belts in Tae Kwon Do! This event is hosted by the Alameda County Junior Commission on the Status of Women.
