- Remote access tools: Logmein, Teamviewer and Crossloop. These tools enable our clients to access their computers from anywhere. - Virus Protection: Right now viruses are so bad there really isn't bullet proof protection. We still like AVAST. We like AVAST because of it's Boot Scan option. This continues to one of our most effective ways to detect and eliminate viruses. Go here to download the free version: download AVAST
- Back up software: We still like Mozy. It's automatic, it's offsite and even with the increase in price this year, still a good value. Go here to download it: download Mozy
- Can't find your Office installation disks? Don't want to spend $149 for new Office software? We like Open Office a lot. It's free and allows you to open documents created in Word and Excel and create documents that can be opened in Word and Excel. Go here to download it: download Open Office
