Help! I Need to Change or Cancel My TFK Trip or Request!
Making Changes or Cancellations |
- Do not resubmit to make changes or cancellations to a TFK trip or request.
- Do not call the TFK office to make changes to your trip or ask if it is possible.
- If you do not use Outlook, please read the directions below in RED.
Instead:
A Changes and Cancellations Form is REQUIRED by TFK for all changes or cancellations being made to an approved trip, or to a pending request. - Log onto the TFK website
- Go to Available Events & Requests
- Click on suggested email (Near top of page, embedded in the sentence about making Changes & Cancellations)
- Fill out questions
- Hit send
It's that easy! If the email form will not open:
Agency name: Event: Date of event: Has this request been approved yet?: Requested change: Reason for change: Thank you, as always, for your continued cooperation in helping our small office make big trips possible for your kids! |
