Greetings, All!

St. Paul's would like to thank everyone who participated in the Annual Parish Meeting last Sunday - your presence was
appreciated! To anyone who was unable to make it, we've compiled a quick reference of some of the materials and information that was shared:

2012 Agenda & Financial Reports

2012 Strategic Plan

10th Annual Rector's Address

Also included in this issue of The St. Paul's Post... the incoming and outgoing Vestry classes, details on the new Toddler Room and Sunday School schedule, and ways to help the less fortunate - from here to Haiti to halfway across the world.

Best to everyone,
Kelly King

Sunday School is Back in Session

Sunday School 2Sunday School for both the 9:00 AM and 11:15 AM services resumes this Sunday on January 22. In additional to the regular programming, we are adding an Intermediate Class (grades 4-5) at the 9:00 AM service. Also, we are asking for volunteers to teach Sunday School or simply assist in the classrooms. Your help is most welcomed and appreciated!

9 AM: Classes available for 3-yrs to 5th Grade

11:15 AM: Classes available for 3 yrs to 12th Grade

This year we will suspend classes on every 2nd Sunday so that children can join their families in the sanctuary and share in congregational worship. Next 2nd Sunday is February 12!

Email Azzari Jarrett for more information or to sign up!

Toddler Room Opens This Sunday!

St. Paul's is opening its much anticipated TODDLER ROOM this Sunday, January 22. The Toddler Room will provide a safe and enriching environment for young children (ages 1 to 3) while giving parents the opportunity for a more focused worship experience.

To participate in this exciting new program, please arrive 15 minutes before the service starts to register your child and to sign yourself up for a volunteer shift on an upcoming Sunday. St. Paul's is providing one hired sitter each week and counting on our parents to support the Toddler Room by volunteering their time in exchange. We need one adult helper for each service.

Be sure to please bring two extra diaper changes (if applicable) and a covered drink for each child. (If your child cannot have Animal Crackers please bring an appropriate snack for them.)

Pick-up is immediately following each service. Thanks!

Email Joy Jones for more information.

Financial Peace University 2012

ACTION ITEM: A Directory of the Devoted

Committee Catalog, Leadership Listing, Ministry Manual... Call it what you like, we're making one! For 2012, St. Paul's is launching a new publication that will put a whole heap of informational eggs into one basket. Part annual report, part Rolodex, we hope to offer a functional resource to everyone - from established members to prospective visitors - of each cog and gear that makes St. Paul's the magnificent ministry machine it is today.  Updated annually, this new publication will tell you what each committee, circle, team, board, or group of volunteers does: their mission, their make-up, and their members. You'll know what they did last year, and have a notion of where they're headed next year. And if you want to get involved (or get more information), you'll know who to contact... and how.

CALL TO ALL LAY LEADERS: Please follow the link at the bottom of this article to complete the directory submission form and return it to Kelly King on (OR BEFORE!) February 3. The new publication will be issued on February 12.
