An exciting year ahead!
Welcome to our first Enewsletter for 2008. After a restful Christmas break, it's time again to get in touch with existing clients and new contacts to continue the development of your profession as a Massage Therapist.
Just as you seek to build your clientale, we've been working hard over the last few months developing new educational products and professional services, which will be 'rolled out' over the coming months. We hope you enjoy our 'new look' newsletter format, which will be delivered to you each month with tips, articles, profiles, event updates, recipes and of course exclusive special offers to you.
We always strive to make CHS better and the best way we achieve this is by listening to you, so please feel free to email us with any suggestions throughout the year.
Best wishes for 2008!
Dave Sheehan (plus Jenna & Indi)
Managing Director

This Month's Business Tip
Ever heard of marketing people talk about the 80:20 rule? An example of applying this rule for MT's is where 80% of your practice is made up of 20% of your total clientale.
Maintaining existing clients is vital to your business, so always have resources to nurture these relationships. Xmas and birthday cards & phone call followups are excellent gestures that will keep 'em coming back.
