"If you do this, I will change the spiritual landscape of the nation."  

A promise God spoke to my heart while out on a prayer-run, the very day He called me to start this mission...over a decade ago.

"Better is the end of a thing than its beginning, and the patient in spirit is better than the proud in spirit."  (Ecclesiastes 7:8 ESV) 

A word God gave me during a long prayerwalk, as I cried out for a miraculous outpouring of much-needed resources on the "homestretch" of this mission. 

That was yesterday.   

Obedience is hard. (But disobedience is tragic.)   

Still, regardless of how obedient any of us might be, it's not about what we're doing; it's about what God has already done. (A fairly decent blues song, by the way...listen to the spoken intro as well.)  

So I don't care what I see; I care what I know. How 'bout you?

We know God is for us, not against us. We know His plans for us are good, giving us a hope and a future. We know He's working all things together for our good. [1]   

And we know His "if My people" promise will be kept.

So let's hold each other accountable for what we know to be His criteria for keeping that glorious promise... that we "humble [ourselves,] and pray and seek [His] face, and turn from [our] wicked ways." [2]

To serve as a catalyst toward God's criteria for this promise, we feel called to begin a  rapid-fire prayerwalk through 70 regions this summer.     

Many would argue we're living in the most polarized and tumultuous era of U.S. history since the Civil War. Never has the message of Repentance in Unity for One Nation under God been more urgently needed.
