First Quarter MLS Stats - 2010
 
The reports are in.  The first quarter of 2010 shows marked improvement from last year, at least as far as number of units sold. This quarter's MLS report separates short sales from bank owned properties to give us a more accurate picture of today's market.  Review it and many more relevant market reports by clicking here.
