Kathleen's background in property management started in 1985 in Dallas, Texas.  Starting in residential property management and moving into commercial property management, Kathleen worked her way into a position during the savings and loan crisis of the 1980's for Southwest Savings in Dallas, Texas, into a receivership role/capacity for the Resolution Trust Corporation.  In 1990, she and Bill moved to Oregon and Kathleen went to work in the legal field as a paralegal and at the end of 1999, obtained her real estate license.  
 
In 2004, Kathleen and Bill opened Leppert & Associates Realty.  Leppert & Associates was a full service real estate brokerage handling both real estate sales and property management operating until August 2007. 

 

A community volunteer and recipient of numerous industry awards, Kathleen has deep roots in the Central Oregon community.  Award recipient of Realtor of the Year for both 2005 and 2006 for COBA, as well as winning Top Producer awards at a number of previous real estate companies, and most recently Top Producer for August 2008 at Sunriver Realty, Kathleen has a proven track record for excellence.
