Happy New Year!

Make Your New Years Resolution with Us!

When you consider your New Year's resolutions, consider how you can begin to take responsibility for your community by participating in its leadership.

As actor/activist Viggo Mortensen said,

"They say, "You're an actor, you're a taxi driver, you're a journalist, you should
just be quiet and let those who govern govern and mind your own business. '
Well, the problem with just letting politicians run things and not interfering is
that there's not a very good track record for that. It's a participatory democracy
 or it isn't."

It's been one exciting year for the Citizens' Campaign's
Jersey Call to Service!

Listen to The Citizens' Campaign
New Jersey has an idea factory for vibrant civic engagement and good government. They're about clean, fair politics, and they have the sharpest tools in the toolbox to get us there. They don't work for you - and that's good - but they have all the answers. Same suggestion, by the way, for my GOP brothers and sisters.-Rosi Efthim, Blue Jersey Blogger
