Several alert readers pointed out that we forgot to include the info about the superintendent meeting this Wednesday, even though we referred to it in the header of our previous message. Oops!

All members of the community are invited to an evening session to meet and hear from Interim Superintendent, Dr. James Marini. Dr. Marini will speak about the state of the schools and his experience in Newton thus far, followed by a session allowing for questions and answers.

Day Middle School Auditorium Be aware that parking around the school itself is limited. There is plenty of parking along Albemarle Road near the Gath Pool -- you can then follow the path across the field to walk to the school. The parking lot behind the Ed Center also has lots of spaces and is a short walk to the school. |
