PrimeTime Repo Reportsm

We're seeing several new construction developments that are being significantly repositioned.  Banks, developers, and investors are engaging PrimeTime to come up with repositioning ideas and reinvent failed or stalled communities.  

We follow a systematic approach in gathering information to reposition a community.  First, we study the real estate market conditions within the primary market area.  Next, we identify the competition, monthly sales rate, square footage, and pricing parameters.  Typically, our recommendations reflect a substantial shift on the pricing, product, and overall positioning of the development based on the market conditions and competitive environment.  Without the research, it's almost impossible to reposition a new construction community for success.

A repositioning report becomes a starting point to re-ignite and re-launch a community to achieve a sustainable pace of sales absorption consistent with the developer's pace of construction. is Almost Sold Out 

Within two years the professionals at PrimeTime Communities sold over 200 condominiums (8.3 per month), making Nouvelle at Natick the biggest real estate success story in New England. Our skilled sales and marketing team continuously promoted the community through eye catching advertisements, email campaigns, call center campaigns, and special events.  Their most recent event, conducted on July 31st, included a close out strategy for the remaining 17 Nouvelle condominiums via a "Private Sale" approach.

Summerscape    

is a community of seasonal cottages located in Wells, Maine.  The 74 stand-alone, 600 square foot homes, complete with kitchen, living room, and two bedrooms are perfect for vacations and weekend getaways.  The gated community includes a clubhouse, pool, walking trails, fire pit, and other unique amenities. Starting prices for these homes will be $149,900.

The developer, Summerwind LLC, is quickly developing the site and the expectation is that the first homes will be deliverable this fall.  PrimeTime is excited to sell and market Wells' newest cottage community.
