Comments: Successful working with developers from "Concept to Community" as we like to say. Reached new price points for Hudson and many buyers from the east including Sudbury, MA with Nantucket like branding theme.

Units: 16 Comments: Distressed bank owned vacant property with challenging abutters. SPL Development, LLC purchased from local bank and PrimeTime assisted with establishing new pricing and positioning for this community.
