What's Your Big Picture for This Year?
Define, Create, Execute

Seems like these times are making people and businesses frenetic, with unchartered waters and paradign shifts in trends, conditions and mindset.

Have we gotten away from the fundamentals and creating a BIG Picture? How do we handle the challenges with no history or basis?

Now that we are about 24 months into living it,  I'm seeing a better acceptance of our "radical reality".

Instead of doing things you think you should do, create a "BIG Picture" blueprint that defines your vision, create the plan of what you need to be doing, then practice flawless execution.

Consider answering these questons:
Are my products and services still relevant?
Do they serve my niche?
Do I know my customers, the market, my competition?
What is the best marketing and networking plan for me?
What is my sales strategy for this year?

There are many pieces that drive the BIG Picture and the  fundamentals are the foundation.
a solid business structure
a marketable product
a marketing and sales plan and strategy

great time management and organiztion

Start 2010 with a 6 month plan. Write down your  S.MA.R.T Goals and your vision and make sure the all the pieces are in place and fit. If you are not sure about how to do this, seek out business counseling and mentors to help you.

Get out the canvas, paints and paint brushes and start your
"art of business" BIG Picture for 2010!

Join us Jan 11, 8-9pm for a FREE Tele-Seminar!
What Are Your Intangibles?
Harness all that you have done and learned..

How do add value to your personal brand?

What colleagues and customers value are are well-rounded people who bring many "intangibles" to the job and table.

"
Intangible assets are defined as identifiable non-monetary assets that cannot be seen, touched or physically measured, which are created through time and/or effort". The person who brings the most diverse abilities, experience and qualities to the game will usually win the job or customer. Be ready and willing to cover the floor, front desk, deliver after hours, or stay late to get the job done! Exceptional is now expected, unexpected is what will get you remembered!

All those "odd jobs" and "high profile" jobs that you have done make up all that you are. Those skills can translate to many work situations and cross needs. Are you a problem solver, organizer, people person, leader, go to person?

Don't wait until to be asked to step up. Be proactive and "just do it". You will be remember you for it and it strengthens loyalty!

Uncover, Celebrate and Brag just a little!
