Qualifying Your Networking-
The personal connections you make with people are the "entry point" for growing your relationships. Meeting the right people at events should be about their potential synergy to become a customer or that they know others who they could refer you to.
There are now literally hundreds of networking events each month that are being offered by chambers, professional organizations, schools and networking groups.
Qualify which ones you are consistently going to go to and get involved. Rotate your events and opportunities.
It's not how many cards you give out or get, it's about giving your card to, and getting cards from, the right people!
Get out and make connecting personal. Have fun and find commonality. Practice "becoming a better networker, communicator and relationship builder".
