The instructors and students at Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College (WITC) are probably not aware of the countless hours and precise integration of the technology required to make it possible for students in Rice Lake, Wisconsin, to take a course on Occupational Therapy with the instructor in Superior, Wisconsin. The faculty and staff may not fully realize that audiovisual technology makes it possible to save extensive corporate overhead expenses and windshield time travel for a two-hour meeting. 

Wayne Erdman, the Instructional Television Specialist at WITC, makes sure it stays that way. That's not their job, that's his job. Connecting classrooms, campuses and conference rooms is his responsibility. How does he do it? He does it with a dedicated staff and with Dascom Systems Group.
