 PLASMA PRO's

Three Tips to Effective Joint Project Management of an AV or IPTV Project
Whether your project is just getting started or the integration is almost completed, there a few key things that can prevent a troubled project or optimize your next project.
  1. A Clear Scope of Work: The scope of work (including all expectations) should be clearly communicated and agreed to upfront by all parties.
  2. Site-Specific Information: As much site-specific information as possible should be gathered to help both engineering and technical services complete the job on schedule and without surprises.
  3. Continuous Communications: Continuous email communications are key to keeping the project flow on track and documents for the record.

Q: What 36-yr old Texan was tapped to advise George W. Bush on technology, after donating $266,000 to the GOP?

And January's Winner is...
Jim Attwood- Fillmore County Courthouse (Minnesota)

Congratulations Jim for being the first to correctly answer that AOL was the online outfit, short on modems, that begged its users to "show some restraint"- resulting in a flood of email that crashed the CEO's inbox.
