There is a small red car with teens driving around many nights in our area around 2:00 to 3:00 AM. If you see this car, call 877-ASK-LAPD and report this immediately. There have been many burglary thefts from motor vehicles in this area. This particular burglar targets cars that are unlocked and ransacks them.
