Steven is a well-known and much beloved yoga teacher who has been teaching since 1982.  Many yoga students know him from his classes at the Larchmont Center for Yoga (now Yogaworks) where he taught for well over two decades.  Steven takes a general Hatha practice, refines it with the precision of the Iyengar method and energizes it with flow. His goal is to enhance awareness of body alignment in the pose, and thereby awaken the intelligence within.  Whether just beginning or more advanced, Steven's classes offer a solid foundation with challenges to meet your personal level.
