McBassi People Index (MPI), an intensively-researched measurement system that creates actionable business intelligence by rigorously identifying the human drivers of business results. This is the most flexible, simplest, and most powerful service that we offer.
The first step in our process quantifies an organization's maturity on key elements of its people management practices. We then quantitatively link variations in these measures to the organization's key business outcomes (e.g., sales, customer satisfaction, safety) as well as employee commitment. This enables us to identify the unique human drivers of an organization's business results, moving beyond (potentially misleading) one-size-fits all benchmarking.
