A feast of for the eyes!!!

Photo Gallery of Elevator Progress....
It has seemed a long road, but it is exciting to see the major work of installation begin for our elevator. This Week HECO installed new power poles, and Thyssen-Krupp delivered the parts of the elevator. Parking will be a challenge for the next 4 weeks, particularly as crews do work during the week. Please know that there will be no parking under the carport as we use it for machinery storage during the work.

Building with Living Stones of Faith
Come to him, a living stone, though rejected by mortals yet chosen and precious in God's sight, and like living stones, let yourselves be built into a spiritual house, to be a holy priesthood, to offer spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Jesus Christ. For it stands in scripture: 'See, I am laying in Zion a stone, a cornerstone chosen and precious; will not be put to shame.' 1 Peter 2:4-6

SWINE FLU!! The Parish takes seriously our common health, and so we encourage you to please learn as much as you can regarding the latest influenza outbreak...
We are double checking procedures and information for the church to ensure the appropriate pastoral care, continued ministry, and uninterrupted worship.
In the event of a local outbreak, we will make alterations to the rhythm and accoutrement of our worship. For the foreseeable future, we encourage hand washing and will make available sanitizer stations in the church.

Swine Flu Considerations:
- If you're feeling ill, consider the larger community's well-being and remain at home.
- Don't be afraid to wash your hands frequently. Lots of lather.
- Cough into your arm, not your hands.
