Plans continue for spending of the funds provided from BP for the Acadiana Tourism Coalition. The coalition sponsored a media mission to Chicago, February 23-25. They are also preparing to launch an advertorial for the Fodor's Travel Book website. This should go live on April 1. The coalition is also sponsoring a series of travel writer familiarization tours beginning with one that was held for Mardi Gras. All information for the second round of grants has been submitted to the Louisiana Office of Tourism.

Grand Réveil Acadien 2011 - Meetings continue to take place concerning state funding for this promotion that will be in South Louisiana in October of this year.
