Plans for the spending of the funds provided from BP for the Acadiana Tourism Coalition are underway. The Acadiana Tourism Coalition is scheduled to spend $244,067. This coalition includes the parishes of Lafayette, St. Landry, St. Martin, Vermilion, Iberia, Acadia and Jeff Davis. Lafayette Parish is also in line to receive $235,150.12 in the second round of BP tourism investment allocations.

 

The Louisiana Society of Association Executives Annual Meeting (LSAE) will be held in Lafayette from January 19-21, 2011.

 

The Louisiana Travel & Tourism Industry Summit will be held in Baton Rouge January 25-27, 2011.
