FINALIST! We're very grateful & humbled with all of your support in sending your letters to ABC NIGHTLINE! We're one of 20 finalists out of 1000s of entries! Yawl responded with letters about the café that were convincing, compelling and creative! WOW!!!
SO HERE IS THE DEAL....
1. Each of the 20 finalist submitted a 3-minute video telling why they should be picked the as the WINNER! Here is the café's 3-minute video [note that the video was produced by Michael Saulsey & Matthew Miller of Accession Video & DigiPixel Studios in Houston respectively....these guys were awesome!!!]
2. Each of the 20 finalists' videos and winning essays are going to be posted on the
ABC Nightline website on Thursday, Aug. 26 through Sept. 26. It's up to yawl again! Yawl need to get everybody
you know to help us get the vote out! We want the café to get the most votes in America to
become the WINNER!
3. WINNER will be announced onSeptember 27TH. ABC will send a NIGHLINE film
crew to the WINNER and film a PLATELIST segment to air October!
4. "IT TAKES A VILLAGE!" WE NEED YOUR VILLAGE TO HELP US GET THE VOTE OUT!

 Folks ~ Vote in the online ABC NIGHTLINE PEOPLE'S
PLATELIST CONTEST for the Royer Family of ROYERS
ROUND TOP CAFÉ. They're one of ABC's 20 finalists
out of 1000s of viewer submitted entries. We want to see them get
the most votes in America to be the WINNER! ABC NIGHTLINE will then do a show on the
café! PLEASE watch the short video about the Royer family's café. And DON'T forget to vote
before you jump in the car to go eat some of their pie!
*Voting is limited to one vote per individual IP address with the finalist receiving the
most votes online declared the WINNER of the contest.
*The ABC NIGHTLINE PEOPLE'S PLATELIST website will go live when the voting
starts on Thursday August 26th till September 26th. Winner will be announced
within a day or two of contest closing. Thanks much for your help!
