SOME BIG CHANGES FOR ENHANCEMENT@ROYERS!!!

This year at the café has been a good year as we have seen the catering grow (we really have only one wkend open till T'Day!).   We also  are making some other big changes.   CHANGE FOR ENHANCEMENT IS GOOD!!!   Yes, the café is stepping boldly into the 20^th century with three big changes but will have to wait to see what the 21^st century brings us. 

1)  We are installing a P.O.S. system (Point Of Sale) which is a  computerized cash register!!!   Thus this takes away the REAL REASON why we haven't taken credit cards.....Bud has never wanted to deal with the additional paper work of tracking and following the posting of'm!!! 

2) And within the next couple of weeks we'll begin to take credit cards, Master & Visa ....so you can leave home with out your Amex & Discover!   It has never been about the  fees or the cash BUT HAS ALWAYS BEEN THE EASE OF NOT TAKING'M!  And messing with all the paper work!  
NOTE: In 22+ years we have had no more than 8 bad checks for a total of less than $800 that we couldn't collect.  We're sure going to miss getting all those nice letters from folks when they sent there checks. Folks always told us how surprised they were that we trusted'm & how refreshing that it is in today's world. 
NOTE: Our good friends & good customers can always pay in cash!!!
