I hope you rang in the 2012 with great hope and jubilation. If you made resolutions or goals that are tied to the start of the new year, I wish you all the success you can hope for!
Have you ever thought "I wonder why they don't use (or do, or make, or have...)______ at Monica's"? Well maybe we do! Or maybe we just haven't thought of it yet. We love to try new things!
Most of you know that we take requests, and we are always open to suggestions. A new customer commented that she thought we should have more offerings for our sandwiches, specifically mentioning the run-of-the-mill cream cheese as highly replaceable, and it sparked an idea!
We are now pleased to offer Willapa Hills' Baw Faw Peak Yoghurt Cheese, in savory herb flavor.
This food of the gods is creamy and tangy and offers a subtle flavor booster to any sandwich and I know you will love it.
We are looking forward to trying more new things this year, hoping to improve all the time. May peace, prosperity and excellent health be with you in 2012.
~Monica
