I am going to roast up some porchetta (a fresh ham from a locally raised hog, done Italian style) and we will have lots of different foods & wine flowing.
We have invited local celebrities, artists, authors & music (would you like to showcase your musical talent?) who will all stop by throughout the day.
PLUS there will be opportunities to win prizes, including a free meal every month for a year!
