Yawn, stretch & poke your head out! It's time to shake off our Winter hibernation and come out to play.
The days are already longer and brighter with each new sunrise and sunset, have you noticed?
Stretching ourselves physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually is so great for us! Spring is starting this month and it is time for renewal: clean out the clutter, air out the house & stretch ourselves awake!
Some of my favorite ways to help with this include Old Town's own Expansions Yoga with 2 locations and drop ins welcome, it is the perfect time to try it out!
I also love The Happiness Project! So many little ways to increase the joy in our lives, and there is never too much joy!
Start small: choose a drawer in your house and clean it out. Organize the contents and get rid of the things you do not need. You might be amazed at how good it feels! Then go have fun! Even if it's only for 15 minutes, you will feel better no matter how good you felt before!
"If you never did you should. These things are fun and fun is good."
— Dr. Seuss
