Ciao Bellas e Bellos! I can't believe it's here! October is upon us and we are heading out to take our group of 18 guests on the food and wine adventure of a lifetime! I wish we could take you all and I know many of you would love to go, so we will keep you with us by journaling the entire tour for you to see.
You can keep up with us on our 'blog'(that word stems from 'web log') and even interact with us there if you want to. I intend to get internet service the first day, on October 15 when we arrive in Rome with Mark's parents. There is of course a chance that I will not be able to get the service I am hoping for and the updates may be more sporadic than we think. If you don't see updates right away keep checking, we will have internet service throughout parts of the trip for certain, even if I don't get a connection of my own.
While we are gone we hope you will keep our team company at the cafe!
When we return we will have a big party (Saturday November 6) and treat you to complimentary foods and wines of the regions we visited, as well as show you pictures of the trip.
In the upcoming months we will do more day trips for you around here and everything we learn on these trips to Italy lends to creating these wonderful adventures in our own back yard.

Just like our "Dining Out For Life" program, all you have to do is come in and enjoy our great food!

If you are clearing your 'clutter', or simply getting rid of some older clothing or household items, and they are clean and in good repair, drop them by the cafe on your next visit. We will make sure they get to those who need them the most.
