Isn't February starting out on a lovely note? It's a not-too-cold winter day with the sun out and I think we are lucking out after all that snow!
February is the month when the signs of Spring start popping up to fool us into thinking Winter is over. The frogs will start singing at night, the crocus will be peeking out and the Thrush will begin whistling their farewell tunes.
As the days grow slightly longer we can enjoy even more deeply our Wintry cocoons, even as we sense the metamorphosis approaching.

We can hardly believe a year has gone by since Leslie joined us, but here she is learning to make the soups and salads! Leslie is spreading her wings and has become a true member of our team.
