I think that great food and wine, dining and traveling, supporting local producers and businesses, eating in-season, sustainable living, and sharing experiences are all conversations that we in Kitsap are hungry for!
So I have created a blog where we can discuss, learn, trade ideas, and generally have fun. It's for everyone who loves food, or any aspect of life, really.
We call it "Life's A Banquet...and most poor suckers are starvin to death!" from that luscious line in 'Mame'.

We are taking a rare side trip from our beloved Small Vineyards Imports, and visiting Washington's own McCrea Cellars.
Named among the "Top 100 Wineries" in Wine & Spirits Magazine, 2007, these wines are routinely awarded and highly acclaimed. You can preview the wine tasting list here. The foods will be perfectly paired to showcase the beautiful flavors in the wines and to bring forth their award winning virtues.
We are the only place in Kitsap, and one of only 3 places 'this side of the pond', where you will find McCrea Cellars. This delicious night will be filled with fun, so book your reservations early!
Pre-paid reservations are required, and once you have them you can show up any time from 4-7 and join us at your own pace.
Remember, we sell our wines at retail prices, not restaurant prices!
