A Four Course Wine Dinner!

Calling all lovers! Lovers of great food and wine, that is! If you haven't been to one of our dinners you are way past your due. If you have joined us before then you know what a treat you are in for!
The evening starts with a light reception, where you will enjoy some lovely nibbles and something sparkly in your glass.
As always the table will be set Italian family style, and there will be a bounty of fabulous food, stimulating conversation, and wonderful wines.
The Menu
We will start you off with our crisp and refreshing Waldorf Slaw, and a piece of roasted sweet white corn.

Next you will be 'mmm'-ing your way through our rich and creamy Baked Pasta with Five Cheeses .

The main course this month is St. Louis Style Pork Ribs, spice rubbed and tea smoked to mouth melting perfection. Mark's Spicy Bean Medley and Court's Super Corn Bread will have you licking the plate clean.

Mark will bake a fresh Peach and Blueberry Crisp, using juicy, local fruit, and we will top it with Olympic Mountain Vanilla Ice Cream!

The price is $75 per person, and is all-inclusive of tax and tip.
Space is very limited
Reservations are required and if anyone cancels, we will call those on the waiting list for an opportunity to join us.
A credit card will hold your reservation. We will not charge the card and you will pay the night of the dinner any way that you choose.
Late cancellations will be charged the full amount, unless someone on the waiting list takes your place, in which case there will be no charge for the cancelled reservation.
