A Four Course Wine Dinner!

If you love Dungeness crab and prawns, you will love this dinner! We will be showcasing our amazing local shellfish in every course except dessert, and pairing the courses with wonderful wines, brought to us by Small Vineyards Imports. As always the table will be set Italian family style, and there will be a bounty of food, starting with a casual reception before we sit down to dinner. Get your reservation in now for this fantastic event, and if we are full you can get on the waiting list! Anyone on the waiting list will get first crack at next month's dinner reservations, so everyone wins!

Crab Cakes with a Sweet Onion Marmalade, and Pesto Prawns
Wine with this course
You get two fresh pasta cannelloni! One is Dungeness Crab & Chevre, with a Creamy Béchamel Sauce, and the other is a fresh Prawn & Ricotta Cannelloni with a San Marzano Tomato Sauce. There will also be beautifully roasted fresh Green Beans in Italian Olive Oil, and fresh tarragon bread.

A refreshing salad of Organic Field Greens, with a sprinkling of fresh Dungeness Crab and Prawns, to showcase their natural flavors, in a lemon-shallot vinaigrette.

Mark's fabulous Chocolate Truffle Tart, which is a bittersweet chocolate tart on our shortbread crust. (If you are not a chocolate lover, we will offer an alternative.)

This is a fun-filled, wonderful evening with music and laughter and lots of fantastic food and wine. You will enjoy a long, leisurely dinner and the price is all-inclusive, even tax and tip.
We are only accepting 26 reservations for this dinner!
Reservations are definitely required and if anyone cancels, we will call those on the waiting list for an opportunity to join us.
The cost for the dinner is $75 per person, which breaks down to $59.95 for all that great food and wine, plus tax and gratuity.
A credit card will hold your reservation. We will not charge the card, and you will be able to cancel until 6 PM on June 20th. Cancellations after that will be charged the full amount, unless someone on the waiting list takes your place, in which case there will be no charge for the cancelled reservation.
