The Dignity Memorial Vietnam Wall, a 3/4 scale traveling replica of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Washington D.C. is coming to our community! July 13-15, at Miller-Woodlawn Funeral Home & Memorial Park, in Bremerton. This event is free and open to the public 24 hours a day. To volunteer, please call 360 377 7648.

Did you know that this newsletter entitles you to a free birthday lunch? Many of you have been receiving our newsletters since we started them, and we realized that you may not know about this great deal! Just bring in the most recent newsletter, with your email address on it, and we will buy your lunch once during the week of your birthday. You can have anything that you want, and your beverage and dessert are included! We would love to see you on your birthday, but if we are closed, or you can't get away that day, any time that week is fine with us. We love to celebrate you, every day of the week!
Another great perk for receiving our newsletter is that you will receive information, news and events, at least 24 hours before anyone else does. We send the newsletter out before we post the flyers in the cafe', or advertise in the papers. This will ensure that you have the first crack at taking advantage of our fabulous dinners and other exciting deals and events.

| We will be closed on Saturday, May 26th, and Monday, May 28th, (and we are always closed on Sundays!) in observance of Memorial Day. Have a great weekend!
Come out and join us for the next Art Walk, Friday, June 8th, from 6-8 PM. As always, we will be giving out cookies, in exchange for donations to the food bank, so bring some food, toiletries, or cash. It's a really fun time while you enjoy a cookie and some complimentary coffee, admire some beautiful artwork, and check out a few of the shops that you never have time to see!
Get ready... Get set... its TIME FOR DINNER! Our first wine dinner of the summer season will be Saturday, June 23rd, at 6 PM. We are keeping the exact details as a surprise, so here is what you get to know: We will be offering 4 courses, 3 of which will be paired with wine. Our fantastic coffee will be offered with dessert, and the in-season components will include Dungeness Crab and Prawns! As always the seating is Italian family style, and the food will be plentiful. There will be other little surprises that night and we guarantee you will have a great time, as long as you love great food and wine!
Reservations are definitely required. The last dinner we had sold out in 4 days, so we will have a waiting list for this one. If anyone cancels, we will call those on the waiting list for an opportunity to join us.
The cost for the dinner is $75 per person, which includes the tax and gratuity. A credit card will hold your reservation. We will not charge the card until June 23rd, and you will be able to cancel until 6 PM on June 20th. Cancellations after that will be charged the full amount, unless someone on the waiting list takes their place, in which case there will be no charge for the cancelled reservation.
