Do you have one of our gift/rewards cards yet? They are so easy to use and you get more for your money! They can be used like pre-paid credit cards, they are rechargeable, and they make great gifts, too!
With our gift card you earn 1 point for every dollar you spend at Monica's. Every 25 points gives you the option of cashing in for goodies, or you can keep earning points for the big rewards. With 5 levels of rewards, from a free coffee or cookie at 25 points, to 2 free lunches (beverages and desserts included) at 150 points!
All you have to do is present your card with each purchase. Our machine keeps track of everything for you and we will always tell you when you reach a new rewards level. You can track your status online if you want to, or we can check it for you when you come in. It doesn't get much simpler than that!

Upcoming Events
May 21st marks our first anniversary of owning the bakery! It has gone by so fast and so much has happened in this past year. We are very happy and looking forward to many more years with you!
Monthly dinners are coming!
We will be offering monthly, multi-course dinners, from June through September. These will be prix fixe, wine and food pairings, with fresh, local and in-season being the main themes. If our first dinner was any indication, these will be in high demand. You will be among the first to know when we announce the dates and menus, since newsletter subscribers will find out at least 24 hours before anyone else does!

| We will be closed on Saturday, May 26th, and Monday, May 28th, (and we are always closed on Sundays!) in observance of Memorial Day.

| Say 'hola' to Betuel the next time you come in! Our man in the kitchen doesn't come out front much, but believe us that you would miss him if he left us! Betuel has worked at the cafe' for nearly 17 years. He works 6 days a week and helps out with everything from making our world famous Dilled Chicken, your favorite Wraps, Shortbread Cookies, and so much more! Go ahead and pop your head over the wall to say hello, after all, we're all family here!

We want to thank you all very much for your kind words of support and your desire to help us with the break-ins to our walk-in. The police have not found the suspects yet, though there are a couple of leads that they have been advised of by some of you. So thank you, and we will keep you posted. If anyone has information that leads us to the suspects, you can bet you will have some credit at the cafe'!
