Many of our new customers have been astonished by some of our "features" that are simply part of our services. I thought it might be a good idea to outline some of our best "features" that our customers may or may not realize we offer. Perhaps we could solve one of your problems!

• Any prints ordered at an event and delivered in bulk back to you may be sorted by division, homeroom, team, or however you would like. Who wants to spend their time sorting through stacks of photo envelopes? We can even ship directly to the end customer if you want to skip the sorting step altogether! No matter which method you choose, the turnaround time is still the same: only 5- 7 business days from photo day to delivery.

You should be enjoying your events, not working at them!

• Our staff handles everything from traffic flow to taking orders at your event, and everything in between. We make sure to bring plenty of helpers along so photography will be the last thing on your mind. Our knowledgeable photographers and staff are prepared to handle any problems that may arise in a prompt and professional manner. We want you to do what you should be doing at your events... having fun!

We don't stop working for you once your photo day ends!

• We know that our relationship with our customers doesn't end when we put the camera away. That's when our work really begins, putting our images online for viewing and ordering within 24 hours. We attach each photo to a name, so searching for images and orders are easy! Also, we employ a full- time customer service staff to ensure that all of our customers may receive help with our website, placing orders, or just finding an answer to a simple question. Also, our quality control experts make sure that every order that leaves our office meets the highest standards in our industry. Every week, I meet business owners, salespeople, and executives who don't have a quality business portrait for their website, business card, or marketing materials. I have had several people tell me they went to have a photo made and were unhappy with how they looked in the photo. Others tell me they simply don't have a business portrait at all. If you think about any materials you've read or websites you've visited, you always like to look at the pictures. It's always great to put a face with the name. How often have you seen a photo of a person, only to realize who they were after you saw the photograph? Wouldn't it be great to be "that person" that someone remembered because of a photo?

Mangiante Photography offers a quick and easy business portrait service. Business portraits are typically used for websites, brochures, business cards, or other promotional purposes. Our studio is conveniently located near Poplar and Perkins at 4646 Poplar Avenue, Suite 220. We are normally able to accommodate last minute appointments, but kindly request an appointment for each session.

We have photographed both small and large companies, and offer a mobile service for on-site studio sessions for your staff's convenience. Some companies have elected to re-do their entire staff's photos for a new look, or a more consistent look. Additional fees apply for mobile and on-site photography services. Please ask us if this option may be right for your company.

Our business portrait service is quite reasonably priced, in your choice of color or black and white (please contact our office for exact pricing). In most cases, we are also able to provide you with a digital CD of your images before you even leave the studio. We also offer a variety of prints a-la-carte and in packages, and can be mailed directly to you in approximately five business days. Mangiante Photography is excited to announce our new sports retail website released this week! The new website provides a better experience for our retail customers in many different areas. Customers can easily search for sport events, as well as search for individual athletes by name or team. Additionally, customers can order multiple athletes or siblings in one transaction to save on shipping charges. One of the best features is our custom cropping feature. We'd like to think we do a great job of taking photographs, but if you have something different in mind - you can take control with our custom cropping tool and make the picture something really special! Lastly, the new website adds an increased product mix, as well as our new Kodak Pearlized paper as un upgrade to traditional lustre finish. We're looking forward to our customers taking advantage of the new website and sharing in our excitement.
