Calls to Artists
2011 Photography Open (opens January 15) - Roseville Arts' Blue Line Gallery seeks entries for a juried photography exhibition with awards. Juror, Lewis Kemper, Canon Explorer of Light. $300 Best of Show. Up to 3 images/$35 ($30 Roseville Arts Artist Auxiliary Members); $5 each additional. Online submission only.

New Beginnings (opens January 15) - Your Artist Panel of volunteer peers are announcing this call for entries for the first 2011 member exhibit opening January 15th in the WestPark Workshop Gallery. Open and FREE to all Artist Auxiliary members. Enter one piece through our online submission process (starting October 20). Interpret the "New Beginnings" theme as broadly as you wish. This exhibit will celebrate as many member artists as we have room for, salon style installation. Deadline: November 20, 2010.
Vistas (opens February 19)- The Artist Panel invites you to enter your favorite "Vistas" for this second 2011 exhibit in the WestPark Workshop Gallery. Open and FREE to all Artist Auxiliary members. Juried by your Artist Panel. Enter up to five pieces, online submission. Deadline: December 20, 2010.
2011 Juried Membership Show (opens March 1) - Be sure to enter our Juried Membership Show -- Open and FREE to Artist Auxiliary, opening at the Blue Line Gallery' Coker Family Gallery on March 1, 2011. Elaine O'Brien, professor of modern and contemporary art history and criticism in the Art Department at California State University at Sacramento has graciously agreed to serve as juror. Online submission. Deadline: January 15, 2011.
