Maha Salem earned her BA and MFA degrees from Universities in Egypt. She has taught free lance art classes in the U.S. since 1995, the last seven years with schools in the Sacramento area. Gayle Streff earned his BFA in Graphic Design from the University of Illinois. His cartoon The Fishbowl was published in The Placer Herald and Aquarium Fish Magazine. Gayle currently works primarily in digital photography.
Creating a Comic Strip Story
Susan Frank has been teaching art for 30 years, most recently at St. Alban's School in Roseville. She has a degree from California College of the Arts in Oakland teaching credential from UC Davis. Susan has also taught at the Roseville public schools and Parks and Recreation Department, as well as through Roseville Arts in its former life at the Historic Haman House.
