Pamela Skinner and Gwenna Howard together own and operate Pamela Skinner/Gwenna Howard/Contemporary Art, 723 S Street in Sacramento.  Their combined education and experience in the arts and business have created a dynamic gallery partnership that brings cutting-edge, innovative contemporary art to the Northern California art scene.
