Paul Traub currently holds the position of business economist at the Detroit Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago where his responsibilities include both research and analysis. Formerly, Traub was the president of Scenario Economics LLC; senior economist for Americas Commercial Transportation Research Company, LLC (ACT Research); and a corporate economist at Chrysler LLC. Traub is currently on the Board of Directors of the Detroit Association of Business Economists; a member of the National Association of Business Economists and the Society of Automotive Analysts; and has served as an adjunct faculty member and is on the economics department advisory board in the School of Business Administration at Oakland University. He holds a B.B.A. from the University of Michigan - Dearborn and an M.B.A. from Oakland University.
JOHN RAKOLTA, JR.

John Rakolta, Jr. is chairman and chief executive officer of Walbridge, a privately held, top-50 construction company founded in Detroit in 1916. The company specializes in construction management, design-build, engineering management, general contracting, pre-construction, program management, and turnkey solutions, plus it self-performs services in concrete, equipment installation and facility management. Rakolta received a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Marquette University in 1970 and later completed the Smaller Company Management Program at Harvard Business School. He joined Walbridge in 1971 as an estimator and held positions of increasing responsibility, culminating with his selection as chairman and CEO in 1993. As part of a re-branding program, the company became Walbridge in 2008.
