More women are becoming entrepreneurs in this economy-and are finding ways to persevere. This month, we want our community to weigh in on whether or not the old stereotypes of women in the workforce still persist. Do you feel more competitive or collaborative amongst your fellow female entrepreneurs? Are you confident in your negotiation abilities? Do you feel a glass ceiling exists within your industry?
