The tragedy of ignoring job fit

PlastiFab, is a recognized leader in the moulded expanded polystyrene (EPS) industry in North America, with six manufacturing facilities across Canada. Brian Pleet, President of Strategico, assessed the marketing and sales effectiveness of 18 industry members for WiTec in 2007. He analyzed and reported on the industry's need for further marketing and sales capabilities. Response to the WiTec report recommendations was strong.
