PDF auction bidding authorities, Bidding authority to bid for and on behalf of another person and Telephone Bidding Form can now be accessed (with your login) from a new location on the EAC website.

• With your login, from the 'Create a form page' a new Auction tab between the Sales Agreements Rural and Sales Agreement Business.
   
• The current location, the Supplementary forms page via the Real Forms Resources icon remains unchanged.

Residential tenancy agreement pages 1 & 2 (EAC110)

At the top of the agreement appear the date and the location of where the agreement is made. Currently the text for the location auto-populates with the address of the agent.

A new field has been added so users may if they wish manually enter a suburb and postcode for when it differs from the agent's registered address. If the field is left blank, the agent's business address will auto populate as it currently does.
