Pentecost Celebration!

27 MayPentecost

On Sunday, May 27, St. Stephen's will celebrate Pentecost with great fanfare.  The color of the day is red, and you will find red balloons in the church, parishioners wearing bright red, and even a red-velvet cake.  A father and son baptism will mark the day beautifully, and following the service, you can join your church family for a picnic lunch of tacos (the taco truck guy! - price per person is yet to be determined), plus games and fun for children and youth (and brave adults).  There is even going to be a photo booth in which you can have photos taken, commemorating the day.

Bring a friend to this fun day.

Nourishing our Bodies and Souls in this World

9 MayMeditation

7:30-9pm

Join us for delicious desserts, provocative film shorts and dialog about Nourishment!  What feeds our bodies and souls?  How are we living now and is it nourishing our bodies, hearts and spitis?  Lets discuss it together over food!

Molly Arthur, of EcoBirth-Women for Earth and Birth, will invite you to explore some of your environmental lineage, your sense of place and legacy to generations to come, with an emphasis on food justice, nourishment and compassion through the exploration of our own stories.
