Presbytery meeting - October 13
The members of the Leadership Team met on October 3 and are excited about plans for the October 13 presbytery meeting at Pebble Hill Presbyterian Church.
Here is an outline for our gathering:
9:30 Registration
10:00 Worship with musicians from CNY Jazz
10:45 Living into Our New Structure
- A presentation on the new structure and how the presbytery is functioning
- An interactive time with opportunities to ask questions, give ideas and offer your energy and gifts
12:00 Lunch
1:00 Business meeting
2:00 Adjourn
Some of you may be wondering why you have not received a packet of information 10 days before the meeting. Our new by-laws do not regulate this aspect of our life together. In keeping with our new structure, there will be very few items for action at this meeting. However, there is much good information to share. The Leadership Team is working diligently to put together a concise packet for the presbytery meeting and will be sending out a link to to access information a few days before the meeting.
