We Have a New Name!

Previously known as The Grand Wine & Food Affair, our new name, Sugar Land Wine & Food Affair, better identifies us with the community we are proud to call home.

In addition to the name change, The Conrad N. Hilton College of Hotel and Restaurant Management at the University of Houston has been named beneficiary and joins the Fort Bend Chamber of Commerce as a co-producer of the festival.

As the region's premier food and wine event, we look forward to adding exciting new chefs, wineries and experiences to our line-up, making the week-long festival bigger and better than ever.

For updates on these and other exciting changes, be sure to "Like" the Sugar Land Wine & Food Affair on Facebook at www.facebook.com/sugarlandwineandfoodaffair.

Cooking with Randy Evans

Executive Chef & Co-Owner

Haven

Houston, TX

Staying true to his Texas roots, Chef Randy Evans serves up farm-to-table "New Texas Cuisine" inspired by childhood favorites at his latest venture, Haven.

His ever-changing seasonal menu features signature dishes including Shrimp Corn Dogs served alongside Tabasco remoulade and a shot of lemonade.

Randy invited us into his kitchen to show us how to prepare his version of the traditional corn dog, and now we're here to share it with you!

This unique twist on a classic is easy to make and tastes delicious.

Enjoy!

The Sip & Stroll Relocates
New Location at Imperial Sugar Land

The 2012 Sip & Stroll is moving from Missouri City's Sienna Plantation to Imperial Sugar Land, making it the first time in the festival's eight year history that all three signature events will be held within the City of Sugar Land.

With the sugar silos and historic char house as its backdrop, the Sip & Strolll will feature culinary delights and over 100 wines in the space formerly occupied by the Imperial Sugar Factory. Enjoy live music, cooking demonstrations by award winning chefs, fine artisans and more!

The Sip & Stroll at Imperial is Saturday, April 21 from 1 - 4 pm.
