The Hawkeye 105mm Weapon System Completes First World Tour and Second Phase of Testing
This past spring the Hawkeye, mounted on a Mack Defense Sherpa, traveled to Asia to make its first international appearance at DEFEXPO in New Delhi, India. Bharat Forge hosted the Hawkeye in their booth, and it received more than its share of attention from excited delegations and attendees. From India, the Hawkeye traveled to Paris to appear at Eurosatory during June. It was on display at Mack Defense's pavilion where it garnered a very positive reception from the attendees who recognized the weapon system's potential to change the way artillery is used in battle. The Hawkeye and Sherpa returned to the USA and this past August completed live fire testing at Camp Atterbury, IN. The tests were supervised by Benet Laboratories and included both indirect and direct fire. The results indicated that the weapon system is performing very well and Mandus Group is eager to continue testing into 2013. |

The MG1100 Nitrogen Generator Solves the Logistical Problems of Obtaining Nitrogen Gas in the Field
The MG1100 was designed to alleviate bottled nitrogen users' dependency on nitrogen gas suppliers and eliminate the logistical problems associated with this process. With its small footprint and standard electrical requirements (115 VAC, 20 amp circuit) it can operate in the field at the user/operator level and in maintenance shops through all levels of maintenance support. The MG1100 can produce up to 30 liters of nitrogen gas a minute and pressurize it up to 4500 psi. It manufactures the nitrogen through a proprietary process that is as simple as connecting the unit to a standard 100-150 psi compressed air source with a 7.5 CFM flow (most consumer grade compressors meet these specs). It outputs the nitrogen into a gas storage vessel or can even fill several bottles in a cascade. The MG1100 is available in two models: MG1100-Nitrogen Generator and the MG1100V-Vertical. Please contact us at 309-786-1507 with any inquiries.
