Hamilton Relay Scholarship Opportunity

As members associated with the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Communities, I am contacting you about a scholarship opportunity for a graduating high school senior. As the Pennsylvania Captioned Telephone Relay Service provider, Hamilton Relay acknowledges that opportunities for higher education affect the future of students, including deaf, hard of hearing or speech disabled. We are pleased to extend a scholarship opportunity to High School Seniors to assist in their upcoming college or higher learning endeavors. Although you may not be directly associated with the school system, you may know of a deserving individual who could benefit from this scholarship.

Please share the attached scholarship application and information with any eligible students you may know, or contacts within the community.  Hamilton takes pride in promoting outstanding leadership among members of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Communities across the country and we would like to help make a difference for a deserving student from Pennsylvania.   

Note that the scholarship deadline is March 1, 2011, so please be sure that applicants postmark their submission by this deadline. The scholarship amount is $500 and will be awarded on or before April 29, 2011.
