Governor Rendell: Help is Available to Stay Warm this Winter  

Governor Edward G. Rendell is encouraging eligible Pennsylvanians to apply for the federally funded Low-Incomed Home Energy Assistance Program Better know as LIHEAP, the program helps income-eligible homeowners or renters pay for home heating fuel. Last winter, LIHEAP helped more than a half-million Pennsylvania households stay warm and safe.  Application are available online at www.compass.state.pa.us. or by calling 1-866-857-7095.
