Last year we had the pleasure of having Chef Deirdre Henderson cook 2 Monday dinners for us. In doing so she undeniably established herself as our queen of soul food.
We're delighted to announce that she's back for a 3rd round. This time it's even more special as she's inviting us to share her birthday with her.
The talent that led to her participation in the Food Network's Chopped episode "ladies first" will be shining through as Dee Dee treats us to a few of her favorite recipes - see her proposed menu below.
