Ever since he amazed us again with his great dinner in February we've been badgering Chef Michael to come back for another Monday Pop-Up!
Those of you who came to the last dinner will know why and will no doubt already be lunging for your phones to make sure you get a reservation.

I hope this finds you well..... and hungry!
The folks at Alias Restaurant have invited me back again to guest chef and host another dinner party at their Lower East Side location on Monday 7th November.
Last time I was there, my February menu was winter-driven. This time I'll be drawing more on late Fall to inspire my dishes. This combined with my love of Italian food and exciting flavors will provide us with a delicious feast!
Please join me for another great night at Alias where I'll be cooking this special menu for you.
My proposed menu is below, but, as you know, I am also driven by the seasons, the ingredients, even the weather, so expect some changes along the way!
